Our Rooms & Suites

Having a comfortable and private space to call your own is an important part of feeling at home. At Daisy Nook House Care Home in Ashton-under-Lyne, all 40 bedrooms have their own en-suite facilities, giving residents a personal space where they can relax, enjoy some privacy and feel comfortable in their surroundings.

We understand that moving into a care home is a big change. Being able to bring familiar belongings, photographs and personal decorations can help make the transition easier, creating a bedroom that reflects each resident’s personality and the things that matter to them.
Our team is on hand around the clock to provide support when needed, while respecting each resident’s privacy and independence.

A Private Space to Feel at Home

Each resident at Daisy Nook House has their own bedroom with en-suite facilities. Having a private room means residents can enjoy time to themselves, maintain their own routines and have somewhere comfortable to spend time away from the shared areas of the home.

We encourage residents to personalise their rooms with familiar possessions, such as photographs, ornaments and treasured belongings. These personal touches can help create a sense of familiarity and make the room feel more like home.
Residents can also enjoy their own space when welcoming family and friends, giving them somewhere comfortable to spend time together.

Comfort, Privacy and Independence

Having an en-suite bathroom provides convenience and privacy as part of everyday life. Residents can maintain familiar personal care routines, with assistance from our team whenever they need it.

We recognise that everyone has different support needs. Some residents may require more help with washing and dressing, while others may be able to manage much of their personal care independently. Our team takes an individual approach, offering support in a way that respects each person’s preferences and dignity.

Bedrooms also provide a quieter place to rest, read, watch television or simply enjoy some time alone.
